Nestled in the heart of Chapel-en-le-Frith, The Roebuck Inn stands out as a warm and welcoming bar that combines the charm of a local pub with impeccable hospitality. Visitors rave about the friendly staff, with many highlighting their accommodating nature and willingness to go the extra mile for guests. Steve Yates expresses sheer delight with his stay, praising both the comforting atmosphere and splendid room quality. Recent reviews indicate an exciting transition for The Roebuck Inn under new management. Wendy Bagshaw notes the warm reception she received, indicating that even the absence of a menu—set to debut the following week—did not detract from her experience. Moreover, Julie K recounts a particularly memorable experience, wherein the staff provided much-needed comfort and guidance during an unexpected stay. With clean, cozy accommodations and the genuine warmth of its staff, The Roebuck Inn is not just a bar; it embodies a community spirit that entices everyone to drop by and relish the moment. A promising destination for those seeking a blend of comfort, conviviality, and good cheer.

A very warm, friendly and welcoming public house, that serves a multitude of various alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Accommodating for all the family and regulars alike, it also serves, from what the menu shows, a large choice of different meals, from pub snacks to full courses, although unfortunately, I was too late to have gotten the chance to try any. Another day in the not so distant future though definitely.

This landlady and bar man really went out their way to accommodate us last night at very short notice and late- we were on our way back from Manchester Airport when Baslow became impassable- no local hotels had rooms and despite turning back and travelling 15 miles we found the Roebuck!! Our room was so comfy and spotless and we had a much needed good nights rest? The bed and pillows were so comfortable and as very late they pointed us in direction of Piza place for food? We can’t thank them enough!!!! A truly lovely pub with amazing people and great bed n breakfast

I had absolutely no idea pub food could be this good. The mac and cheese was absolutely incredible. The garlic bread was unlike anything I'd ever had as well. A clearly talented chef is running the show here. If I came here again and the price of the food had doubled, I would be fine with that.
